Dynacart Ltd. Shuts Down Operations, Lays Off Entire Workforce

March 2026 decision ends nearly 5 years of operations for the global e-commerce platform provider.

Zebbug, Malta — Dynacart Ltd., the operator of Dynacart.com and a provider of white-label e-commerce and B2B technology solutions, has decided to cease all business operations and has laid off its entire workforce, according to people familiar with the matter.

The decision was taken in March 2026 as the company faced mounting operational and financial challenges. Employees across multiple functions, including technology, sourcing, operations, category management, and customer support, were informed that the business would no longer continue in its current form.

Dynacart, which operated a portfolio of global B2C websites alongside its B2B e-commerce platform, had been in business for nearly two decades and maintained operations serving customers across North America and Europe.

Sources said the company initiated an orderly wind-down process after exploring strategic alternatives. As part of the move, all employees were released from their positions, bringing an end to the company’s international operations.

No official statement detailing the reasons behind the shutdown has been issued publicly. It remains unclear whether the company’s assets, technology platform, or customer portfolio will be sold or transferred to another entity.

The closure marks the end of a once-growing e-commerce business that had positioned itself as a global marketplace and technology provider serving both consumers and merchants.
