The minister has also reportedly asked authorities to file FIRs against companies involved in running bike taxi services without proper permission.<\/p>\n

The Directorate General of Information and Public Relations (DGIPR), Maharashtra, shared a statement on social media calling the viral claims \u201cmisleading\u201d and clarified that no complete shutdown order has been issued against Ola, Uber or Rapido.<\/p>\n
Officials said that the Transport Commissioner has also written to the Cyber Crime department regarding illegal bike taxi operations being conducted through aggregator platforms.<\/p>\n
