In a fresh social media post, the actor appealed for calm and said the safety and education of students should remain the country’s highest priority.

Salman Khan shared a photograph of himself on his official social media account along with a message directed at students and their families. He said students and parents should not remain worried, adding that he believes the government will take decisive action against those found responsible for the alleged paper leak. Referring to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s recent statement on the issue, Salman expressed confidence that those involved would face strict punishment.

In his message, Salman wrote that students are the nation’s top priority in terms of both education and safety. He appealed to those participating in the protests to return to their homes and stay with their families, saying that there was no need for them or their parents to remain anxious.
